除了工作，做義工，與家人聯絡，與同事玩樂，剩下的時間我都在練習著。。。這首歌。。。

Always do your best

Happy Tuesday my lovely friend!! Cant believe its just the second day of the week as I have done so much and i have been living  "penuhly".  Today is the first time I had my beers in my office right after my office hour. This is really cool as rabbit is a beer lover. I can have beer for my breakfast. If you have any nice beers that I never tasted, do feel free to introduce me. 

My progress in reading book is always slow and finally I am in " The Forth Agreement" which is Always Do Your Best. I quoted this from the book " When you surrender and let go of the past, you allow yourself to be fully alive in the moment. Letting go of the past means you can enjoy the dream that is happening right now. If you live in a past dream, you don't enjoy what is happening right now because you will always wish it to be different than it is. There is no time to miss anyone or anything because you are alive. Not enjoying what is happening right now is living in the past and being only half alive. This leads to self- pity, suffering and tears. You were born with the right to be happy. You were born with the right to love, to enjoy and to share your love. You are alive, so take your life and enjoy it. You are alive, so take your life and enjoy it. Don't resist life passing through you, because that is God passing through you. Just your existence proves the existence of God. Your existence proves the existence of life and energy."

I tried to do my best everyday !!! Well must do my best everyday!!! This agreement is very powerful and useful because this helps me to be presence and be my very very best. I start my work at 8:45 am and I committed that I must organise my timetable well every morning before my working hour so that I could fully utilise my time of a day. I must treat my colleagues and friends as well as family with all my heart and definitely the best as if today is my last day. I do not want to live in regret. 

You know I realised that I hesistated especially when I wanted to let my seat to olderly or needy. This kinda disappoint me. So I must offer help immediately whenever I feel so then I will do my very best. I have just committed to help up in boys' home coz I really wana contribute . I was feared when I made the decision coz I doubted my ability. In fact I shouldn't because I have to trust myself and do what I believe is right. I have been living in my illusion most of the time assuming so much which is totally unreasonable. I must break my old pattern and face the reality and do not assume that things go well as what I expected. Sound tough to me but this is life. Live with the four agreements :) 

The Third Agreement

Rabbit is reading "The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz ^.^ When I reading the third agreement - Don't make Assumption, I stopped for a while and started to think about whats this chapter is all about. It really relates well to my life. Let me share this section with you all. 

" Often when you go into a relationship with someone you like, you have to justify why you like that person. You only see what you want to see and you deny there are things you don't like about that person. You lie to yourself just to make yourself right. Then you make assumptions, and of the the assumptions is "My love will change this person." But this is not true. Your love will now change anybody. If others change, it's because they want to change, not because you can change them.  Then something happens between the two of you, and you get hurt. Suddenly you see what you didn't want to see before, only now it is amplified by your emotional poison. Now you have to justify your emotional pain and blame them for your choices.

We don't need to justify love; it is there or not there. Real love is accepting other people the way they are without trying to change them. If we try to change them, this means we don't really like them. Of course, if you decided to live with someone, if you make that agreement, it is always better to make that agreement with someone who is exactly the way you want him or her to be. Find someone whom you don't have to change at all. It is much easier to find someone who is already the way you want him or her to be, instead of trying to change that person. Also, that person must love you just the way you are, so he or she doesn't have to change you at all. 

Just imagine the day that you stop making assumptions with your partner and eventually with everyone else in your life. Your way of communicating will change completely, and your relationships will no longer suffer from conflicts created by mistaken assumptions. "

I see myself from the above chapter. That's why I say I live in my own illusion most of the time. I kinda get confuse when come to relationship and trust is a big issue that I am facing. Guess its not only trust to others but also to myself. So much fears and doubts in a relationship and somehow it seems getting more serious. Before I start a relationship, best thing to have the trust back in myself then only I can trust other. Sometimes I blame for things that happened. In fact its myself that I have face it. I am a strong rabbit and my friends empower me alot so Im sure I can face my fear instead of running away from it. 

In less than a week...

What did Rabbit do for her Saturday ? Of course working and chilling :D It is so important that we have a balance life coz then we will learn to slow down and enjoy every single moment . Yesterday was Sembcorp Water Technology Prize semifinal and of course rabbit had to help out. 

Rabbit suppose to meet up with Yong, Alex & Roy but too tired ended up napped for a short while then met up with Pris (Again!!! :p) and Cresta. It was a good meet up as we shared alot. We were talking about choices when it comes to relationship. It is so important that whenever there is doubts and uncertain, please talk to your partner because he or she is part of you. You both are one part even you have not yet married coz he or she might be the one. Communication is so vital and you have to practice it everyday. Of course not everyone willing to open up and normally we practice it when there is "danger" in our relationship. Never take your partner for granted and treasure him/her because he/she knows you the most. 

First time Rabbit at Clark Quay Central. Colour baloons for " Colors Pop This Spring By The River". Im not really quite sure what its about :p but beautiful for sure :p 

We suppose to have heaps of nice quality of photos but Pris 's camera out of battery. Ended up my iphone  again!! wuwuwuw

My last meet up with Cresta was last November. Me glad that we were able to catch up again

 While I was walking at The Central, Eahui & RA were at Gadong, Brunei. My Sg friends, you all must visit Brunei because its an awesome country. RA was doing "household" and stuff in a glass box for HSBC Brunei. Lucky Eahui got another pic w her idol again :p I found it a really interesting idea to make a "house" in a glass box. 

So have u signed up? 

Ummm I personally dun really enjoy Gong cha :p Sorry :p 

CQ is a nice place for friends to chill out on a weekend nite. 

We spent so much time in the toilet to take pics coz iphone cant take good pictures at nite so when we saw the lighitng here we were like WAHHH QUICK TIME TO TAKE PIC :p 

We spent quite some time here then a gal was there laughing at us :p
