CuteRabbit's first french dinner at BLACKGOLD was at truly wonderful experience. I remember Pris told me how much she loved french food and I must give it a try. And of course I loved the food extremely much. I am a chinese food lover and no rice sure die. But how this restaurant caught so much of my attention? Reason is because the food were served with love and effort. You definitely could feel the effort of every dishes and I really grateful that the chef and the owner served us unconditionally (except we hv to pay :p) 

FYI, BLACKGOLD is located at Tanjong Pagar Plaza Block 7, #01-104B, 3 mins walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT. 

A small, simple yet lovely space for your three meals. 

The owner doesnt mind to have a small space because he wants to make sure every customers is well served. You will absolutely touched and amazed by their services.

BLACK GOLD serves their own kopi as well. I dun drink coffee but wouldnt mind to try out next time.

Even the bread served was super delicious. The waitress cleared my table immediately after I finished the bread coz my bread was all over the table :p So thoughtful...

A simple dish but the chef presented in such a beautiful way. 

Tasmania Blue Mussels make u drool even after you finish 6 of them. 

Warm Oxtail soup 

Cold Tomato soup which made CuteRabbit "big eyes". Might be a bit weird to me but really delicious tuuuu

Creme Brulle with vanilla ice cream 

Warm chocolate pudding with lavendar source & vanilla ice cream. This definitely could melt your heart and your tongue 

Duck leg confit with apple sauce , served with pan fried potatoes and mushrooms. 

Chicken leg in red wine, onions, garlic, mushroom, turkey bacon served with pan fried potatoes

Poached salmon fillet filled truffle oil & vegetables. This is the best dish of the night. I guarantee you a WOW 

Non bake cheesecake - Another WOW for you !!! 

Not only the main chef  can cook delicious food but he is good looking as well and of course he is a french. So my dear friends, if you wana try authentic french food with reasonable price, im sure this is definitely the right choice. Enjoy :D
