Crispy Noodles with fresh vegetables. One of my favourite dishes at Lau Di Fang. I tried crispy noodles from diff restaurant but so far this is the best. Even after u mix the noodles with the soup, its still crispy and definitely delicate.
The most "laku" dishes - kueh Tiao Penget. Surpringly almost every tables orders this dishes. Chris invented this dishes by accidentally mix up hes pengent w hes gf kueh tiao or the other way round.
